Mary leads the supply chain operations practice at Claremont Services Group, managing searches across a wide variety of industries and titles.

 

She began her career in procurement before choosing the exciting path of executive search. With over 20 years of experience, she understands the day-to-day challenges of global supply chain organizations.

As a specialty, Supply Chain continues to become more complex and more impactful. A responsive, nimble, resilient supply chain is the heart of any company and can be a business driver and differentiator. Mary understands the skills and attributes needed in today’s changing supply chain world. She’s placed leaders in all facets of supply chain including Supply Chain Transformation and Operations, Procurement, Strategic Global Sourcing, SIOP, IBP and supply chain enterprise technology. Hiring managers rely on her expert advice to help them create a best in class organization.  Her upfront honesty and transparent, positive approach to creating solutions strengthens her clients and has earned their trust. 

 

Mary is a member of the Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and an active participant on many relevant LinkedIn groups.  

 

Outside of the office, she enjoys time with family in Greenville, at the beach and in nearby mountains.  She and her family have volunteered with Feast for All, Food for Families and Hands On Greenville projects. She is a Guardian ad Litem volunteer advocating for abused and neglected children in family court cases.
