Marty has placed countless engineers and chemists in individual contributor, manager and director level roles and continues to find inspiration, lessons and new challenges in recruitment every day. His career has taught him that there’s a way for every party to equally win in any negotiation, and his record of negotiating win-win situations is the foundation on which the company is built.

Over his storied career, Marty has placed countless VP-level leaders at organizations with a strong focus in engineering, operations, EHS, safety and R&D.
His clients include leaders in various industries including chemical, pharmaceutical and medical device, automation, diversified industrials, automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging and others.
Marty is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) issued by the National Association of Personnel Services. He was a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers for seven years and held numerous board position in the Greenville, South Carolina chapter including President in 2017.
